Who provides the service

The Discovery Call is provided by Jeff Maguire, operating under the Maguire2514 brand in Florida. Contact: jeff@maguire2514.com.

What you are purchasing

Your $99 USD payment purchases one 60-minute, one-on-one video call with Jeff. The call is based on your Discovery Assessment and focuses on your goals, priorities, family alignment, financial capacity, franchise interests and practical next steps. Comprehensive Ownership Readiness and Franchisor Validation are separate services and are not included. Buying this call does not commit you to another service or a franchise purchase.

Payment and booking

Payment is collected through Shopify. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment. This is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Your appointment is confirmed after payment is verified and you receive your booking confirmation. If payment succeeds but you do not receive confirmation, contact us before paying again.

Preparing for your call

Complete the Discovery Assessment before your appointment and provide accurate information. Use the video link and appointment time in your confirmation. Join on time with a working connection and a private place to talk. If you arrive late, we will use the remaining scheduled time; an extension is subject to availability. If you cannot join, email us promptly.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy forms part of these terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Rescheduling at no additional charge requires at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. If Jeff cancels or cannot deliver the session, you may choose a full refund or a replacement appointment.

Scope of guidance

We provide general business guidance and practical next steps. The call does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or mental-health advice. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when needed. You remain responsible for your business and investment decisions. We do not guarantee franchise approval, financing, revenue, profit or any particular business outcome. This does not limit your rights if the purchased service is not delivered as described.

Privacy and recordings

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Do not share account numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. Recording, transcription or AI note-taking requires each participant’s prior consent. Purchasing a call does not itself enroll you in marketing communications.

Applicable law and future changes

Florida law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. The terms presented at your purchase apply to that purchase. Later changes apply to future purchases. Other services require their own offer terms or written agreement.
